Job Description

Lead land development projects from concept and entitlements through to construction support. Serve as the primary technical and client-facing leader while mentoring engineering staff and pursuing new business opportunities.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, a Professional Engineer (PE) license, and over 10 years of design experience. Candidates must have at least 3 years of project leadership experience and a proven track record in land development.
