Job Description

Lead Lonza's global material strategy focusing on simplification, harmonization, and supplier assurance for single-use technologies and raw materials. Serve as the primary technical authority to eliminate local variance and drive operational efficiency across global manufacturing hubs.

Requirements: Requires 5-10 years of experience in material science or operations within a cGMP pharmaceutical environment with deep knowledge of polymeric materials. Must possess an advanced degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or Chemistry and have proven experience leading in a global matrix organization.
