**What You Will Do**
* Collaborate with project teams to design subdivision, land development, and public improvement plans.
* Develop stormwater management reports and modeling.
* Create erosion \& sediment control plans and construction cost estimates.
* Assist in preparing municipal submissions and permit applications.
* Attend client, municipal, and agency meetings alongside senior engineers.
* Support compliance reviews for zoning and development ordinances.
* Gain experience and mentorship to grow into greater project responsibilities.
**What you Bring**
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
* 5 years of relevant civil/site design experience
* EIT required; PE license preferred
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
* Familiarity with stormwater modeling software (e.g., HydroCAD, SWMM)
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* Knowledge of Pennsylvania land development regulations is a plus
