Job Description

The Industrial Engineer manages labor activities, line speed, and workstation assignments to optimize assembly efficiency. They utilize Lean concepts and MODAPTS to eliminate waste and maintain efficient manning levels.

Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field is required. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work any shift, with a preference for experience in union environments and AMPS.
