Forward Deployed Engineer - AI Solutions Engineering

Job Description

Lead the end-to-end delivery of low-code AI solutions by designing and operationalizing workflows that connect AI Agents with CRMs and communication tools. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to refine the platform and drive AI adoption across the customer base.

Requirements: Requires 2-8 years of experience as a Technical Consultant or Solutions Engineer with strong command of APIs, webhooks, and low-code orchestration tools like Zapier or Make. Candidates must have a practical understanding of AI workflow configuration and the ability to lead complex, cross-functional technical projects.
