CSAT Solutions has always emphasized that outstanding people are the key to our success We know that outstanding candidates are looking for challenging career opportunities If you are a highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit CSAT Solutions may have a career for you We invite you to explore the current opportunities available at CSAT Solutions We are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of a Process Engineer II Role and Responsibilities Lead new product introductions NPI ensuring process readiness documentation and training executionOwn and drive process and product improvement initiatives from identification through implementation and results trackingServe as a front facing technical representative collaborating with operations quality engineering and external stakeholdersLead and coordinate Lean 5S and Six Sigma activities to support continuous improvement and cost reductionFacilitate and lead cross functional project teams delivering measurable improvements in quality efficiency and KPIsDevelop review and maintain standardized work instructions to ensure repeatability and reproducibilityFlow chartsControl plans and chartsManufacturing and process instructionsPrepare and present project status reports KPI dashboards and executive summariesAnalyze process data to identify trends risks and opportunities for improvementSupport engineering technicians and activities related to computer repair services as neededEnsure departmental compliance with ISO 9001 and other applicable quality system requirementsMay be responsible for mentoring task coordination or supervision of assigned personnelTake ownership of assigned initiatives and proactively identify opportunities beyond assigned scopePerform other duties as required to support business objectivesSkills Education and Training Bachelors degree in engineering or a related technical field3 years of proven success in a similar process or manufacturing engineering roleDemonstrated ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders in a fast paced environmentStrong working knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles process mapping root cause analysis continuous improvementWorking experience with AutoCAD for layout development process flow diagrams equipment placement and documentation supportProven experience in structured problem solving and data driven decision makingStrong data analysis skills; intermediate proficiency in ExcelExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesComfortable presenting technical information to both technical and non technical audienceBenefits We value the well being of our employees and their families As part of CSAT Solutions youll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including Medical Dental and Vision Insurance401k Retirement Savings Plan with company matchPaid Time Off PTOCSAT Solutions LP is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race national origin gender gender identity sexual orientation protected veteran status disability age or other legally protected status hireCSAT
