Senior Software Engineer, Agent Product

Job Description

You will design and build AI agents that outperform human agents in managing complex customer interactions. You will also identify cross-customer trends to evolve the platform and integrate the latest text and voice models at scale.

Requirements: Candidates must have 5+ years of industry experience in software engineering. Proficiency in Python, Typescript, and asynchronous programming is required, along with the ability to troubleshoot complex system failures.
