Staff Software Engineer, Agent Product

Job Description

Design and build scalable AI agents that manage complex customer interactions and drive retention. Identify cross-customer trends to evolve the agent building platform and integrate the latest text and voice models.

Requirements: Requires over 8 years of industry experience in software engineering with proficiency in Python, Typescript, and asynchronous programming. Experience with multi-modal models and a strong ability to debug deep technology stacks is highly preferred.
