Staff Software Engineer (Journeys)

Job Description

Act as the technical anchor for the Journey team, owning the architecture of the communications engine and decision layer. Design and evolve the orchestration of multi-channel communications and implement LLM-powered personalization at scale.

Requirements: Requires 8+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record at the Staff level and expertise in high-volume, event-driven communication platforms. Must have experience with experimentation infrastructure and deploying LLM-powered systems in production.
