Staff Software Engineer (Journeys)

Job Description

Act as the technical anchor for the Journey team, owning the architecture of the communications engine and decision layer. Design and evolve the multi-vendor stack to deliver personalized, LLM-powered communications to patients and providers at scale.

Requirements: Requires 8+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record at the Staff level and expertise in high-volume, event-driven communication platforms. Must have experience with LLM-powered systems in production and the ability to drive technical direction across teams.
