Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description

Lead a team in designing and optimizing end-to-end manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability. Drive continuous improvement and new product introduction efforts using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Requirements: Requires at least 7 years of industrial or operations engineering experience and a bachelor's degree in a related engineering field. Experience with Cap Ex projects, NPI processes, and leadership or mentoring of other engineers is essential.
