Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description

The role involves designing and optimizing end-to-end manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability. The lead engineer will manage a team focused on capacity modeling, throughput optimization, and the industrialization of new product introductions.

Requirements: Candidates must have at least 7 years of industrial or operations engineering experience and a bachelor's degree in a related engineering field. Experience with Cap Ex projects, NPI processes, and leadership or mentoring of other engineers is required.
