Job Description

The Industrial Engineer manages direct and indirect labor activities, focusing on line speed, cycle checks, and line balancing. They utilize lean concepts to eliminate waste and perform technical services to maintain manufacturing efficiency.

Requirements: Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and the ability to communicate across all organizational levels. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of Stellantis Industrial System (SIS) principles and experience in manufacturing assembly.
