Senior Principal Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Lead the mechanical design of optical instruments and laser systems for space and tactical environments from proposal through verification. Develop mechanical architectures, manage subcontracts, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating across cross-functional teams.

Requirements: Requires a BS degree in Engineering or a related field with at least 8 years of experience, or a higher degree with corresponding experience. Proficiency in SolidWorks, GD&T, and optomechanical design is essential, along with the ability to obtain a security clearance.
