Civil Engineer (Data Centers)

Job Description

The role involves leading technical due diligence and site development for large-scale data centers and industrial facilities. Responsibilities include performing feasibility assessments, designing grading and drainage systems, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to support site acquisition and investment decisions.

Requirements: Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, a PE license, and at least 8 years of experience in industrial site development. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and experience with hyperscale data centers or advanced manufacturing projects are highly valued.
