Job Description

Leads the residential segment's demand, supply, and inventory planning processes to optimize business growth and operational excellence. Manages a team of planners to develop forecasts, coordinate with suppliers, and drive lead-time management and digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration with over 5 years of experience in materials or logistics planning. Must have supervisory experience and expert-level proficiency in ERP systems, demand planning tools, and Excel.
