Job Description

Lead the electrical front-end scope for early-phase energy storage projects, transforming ambiguous inputs into buildable concepts and design bases. Coordinate with business development and EPC teams to manage interconnection viability, cost basis, and technical handoffs for detailed design.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 8 years of experience in utility-scale solar, energy storage, or microgrid projects. Proficiency in power analysis tools and a deep understanding of BESS electrical codes and standards are essential.
