Lead the architecture and development of scalable backend and AI platform capabilities for GenAI, AI agents, and intelligent automation. Drive technical direction, establish engineering standards, and mentor other engineers to productionize AI solutions at scale.

Requirements: Requires a degree in Computer Science or a related field with 1-5 years of experience depending on the degree level. Candidates must have deep expertise in Python backend engineering, cloud-native infrastructure, and distributed systems.
