The Lead Principal Software Engineer serves as the primary technical authority for designing and delivering high-scale, cloud-native enterprise solutions. This role involves driving architectural standards, mentoring engineering teams, and translating business vision into secure, high-performance applications.

Requirements: Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and over 10 years of software engineering experience, including 8+ years of Java and 3+ years in a leadership role. Expertise in Spring Boot, Kafka, AWS, and Angular is required along with a deep understanding of Domain-Driven Design and DevSecOps.
