Stellantis Financial Services SFS is the new captive finance company for one of the worlds leading automakers and a mobility provider with iconic brands including Abarth Alfa Romeo Chrysler Citron Dodge DS Automobiles Fiat Jeep Lancia Maserati Opel Peugeot Ram Vauxhall Free2move and Leasys Our exciting growth provides opportunities to advance your career as we successfully lead products and services from a small to midsize company in just a few years Join our world class team and culture and contribute to our core mission which is enhancing our customers experience Position SummaryAs a Senior Process Engineer you will play a key role in supporting initiatives to optimize operational efficiency enhance customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement at Stellantis Financial Services You will be responsible for identifying designing and implementing process enhancements that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesFacilitate cross functional teams in process improvement projects using Kaizen Design Thinking Lean Six Sigma and other methodologiesConsult with business leaders and define issues with recommendations to improve current stateManage complex initiatives timelines budgets and deliverables to ensure successful outcomesLead the Process Engineering Framework roadmap including routines standards and enterprise process management systemLead the enterprise process management system implementation including but not limited to enterprise process taxonomy process migration and trainingPartner with various departments including operations compliance IT and customer service to understand challenges and develop solutionsBuild relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous improvementEnsure processes comply with financial regulations and industry standardsCollaborate with compliance and risk management teams to identify controls and mitigate potential risksDrive organizational change by identifying root causes implementing improvements and communicating benefits effectivelyProvide training and support to teams to ensure successful adoption of new processesEvaluate and recommend technology solutions to automate and enhance processesWork closely with IT to integrate technology into process improvement initiativesAll other duties assignedQualifications and Competencies RequiredTo perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill andor ability required Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Required ExperienceMinimum of 7 years experience in the following related functions Process management experience in Operations Finance or RegulatoryEducationBachelors degree in Business Finance Operations Management or a related field Skills RequiredExpertise in Lean Six Sigma GreenBlack Belt certification preferred and other process improvement methodologiesStrong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and performance measurementProven ability to lead cross functional teams and manage complex projectsExcellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skillsFamiliarity with financial services regulations and compliance requirementsProficiency in process modeling tools and technology platforms eg BPM RPATravel 0 10 as required on an as needed basisMust have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following citiesAtlanta GADallas TXDetroit MIHouston TXPhoenix AZ Qualifications PreferredProcess Management certification preferred;
