Sr. Open Source Software Engineer - Apache Cassandra

Job Description

Lead end-to-end upstream initiatives in Apache Cassandra, including CEP authoring, design consensus, and release management. Translate enterprise customer needs into community proposals and mentor other engineers toward committer status.

Requirements: Requires a minimum of 12 years of software engineering experience and current Apache Cassandra committer status. Must possess expert Java skills and deep mastery of Cassandra internals such as storage, indexing, or distributed repair.
