Assistant Resident Engineer

Job Description

The role involves supervising field staff and conducting inspections to ensure construction work meets applicable codes and project specifications. The Assistant Resident Engineer also manages contract administration, reviews project documentation, and acts as the primary liaison between the client and contractors.

Requirements: Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field and at least 7 years of relevant experience in resident engineering or similar roles. Proficiency in Caltrans standards, contract document interpretation, and a valid driver's license are required.
