Job Description

The Industrial Engineer designs and optimizes manufacturing methods, workflows, and capacities to drive operational efficiency. Key duties include developing time studies, enhancing plant layouts, and leading productivity-improvement projects using Lean tools.

Requirements: Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of industrial engineering experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in simulation tools like FlexSim and Lean/Six Sigma certifications are preferred.
