Industrial Engineering Manager

Job Description

Lead the plant Industrial Engineering department to achieve productivity objectives and manage manning business plans. Collaborate with production management and unions to optimize factory flow, eliminate waste, and develop efficient manufacturing processes.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field with at least 5 years of experience in lean manufacturing. Must have prior supervisory experience and proficiency in time and motion studies and throughput management.
