Validation \& Engineering Group Inc V\&EG a Pinnaql company is a leading services supplier who provides solutions for the Pharmaceutical Biotechnology Chemical Food and Medical Devices industries in the following areas Laboratory Compliance Computer Engineering Project Management Validation and other services We are seeking a talented dedicated individual committed to work under the highest ethics standards for the following position EngineerSummary Under general supervision provides characterization of process optimization strategies andor troubleshooting of operational issues in the operations manufacturing pilot plant or capital projects environmentApplies basic engineering principles to the design and implementation of system modifications experiments andor capital projectsOrganizes analyzes and presents interpretation of results for operational issues or engineering projects of minor scope and complexityPreferred Qualifications Experience in biotechnology processes specifically in purification operationsKnowledge in chromatography and UFDF techniquesFunctions Provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexityUnder general supervision will evaluate select and apply standard engineering techniques and procedures Assistance given for unusual problemsPerform assignments that have clear and specific objectives and require investigation of limited number of variablesInitiate and complete routine technical tasksOperations Engineering Function as a technical expert to equipment or systems regarding troubleshooting operations Frequently become actively involved in daily operations when required to meet schedules or to resolve complex problemsRoutinely audit the operational performance and regulatory compliance of a moderate number of equipment items or systems of significant complexityWork with research manufacturing maintenance process development utilities facilities quality assurance andor validation departments in developing requirements and recommendations for system modificationsDesign Engineering Work under the direct supervision of project managers to complete design engineering and construction projects within schedule and budget constraintsWork with consultants architects and engineering firms on development of standard design documentsObtain and critique quotes for equipment modifications or installationsGenerate rudimentary project cost estimates and schedulesOther functions may be assignedEducation Bachelors degree in Engineering \& 2 years of Engineering experienceAt Validation \& Engineering Group people always come first We believe that when youre empowered to do your best work bold ideas thrive and real progress happens This isnt just a job its an opportunity to make a meaningful difference by shaping the future of healthcare and technology alongside a purpose driven supportive team Excited to build something meaningful together We look forward to hearing from you Validation \& Engineering Group is an equal opportunity employer All applicants will be considered for employment without regard to race color religion sex sexual orientation gender identity national origin veteran status or disability status
