Our client is building an AI-powered, end-to-end go-to-market platform that helps sales, marketing, and revenue teams find prospects, engage customers, and close deals with more intelligence and efficiency.

Their platform combines one of the largest B2B contact and company databases in the market with an AI-native GTM product suite used by millions of users and hundreds of thousands of companies worldwide.

The company is profitable, growing quickly, and rebuilding its product around AI and agents. This is an opportunity to join a high-bar engineering team working on systems that operate at massive scale and directly support revenue teams across the world.

**About the Role**

Our client is hiring a **Senior Software Engineer** to design, build, and scale large distributed systems across their AI-powered go-to-market platform

This is a high-ownership role for an engineer who has built and operated production systems at scale. The team is looking for someone who does not just know the tools, but understands when to use the right tools, how to combine distributed systems effectively, and how to build reliable infrastructure that supports real customer usage.

You'll own significant systems end-to-end, work on AI-native agent products, and help rebuild a major revenue technology platform around modern AI capabilities.

What You'll Do

* Own significant systems and features from design through production, operation, and iteration
* Build and operate large-scale distributed systems serving hundreds of thousands of companies
* Select and combine the right technologies across messaging, storage, databases, APIs, and infrastructure
* Work with systems such as Kafka, large-scale databases, event-driven architectures, and distributed services
* Break down hard, ambiguous technical problems and drive them to shipped outcomes
* Own reliability, performance, scalability, and cost across the systems you build
* Build AI-native agent systems used by revenue teams around the world
* Partner with product, engineering, data, and go-to-market stakeholders to build high-impact capabilities
* Use AI-assisted development as a core part of design, investigation, implementation, and iteration
* Contribute to a culture of extreme ownership, continuous improvement, and bold experimentation

What We're Looking For

* 5--8 years of professional software engineering experience
* Strong experience building and operating distributed systems in production
* Backend engineering depth across APIs, services, data systems, and infrastructure
* Experience working with technologies such as Kafka, event-driven systems, databases, or similar large-scale architecture patterns
* Strong judgment around technical tradeoffs, system design, reliability, scalability, and cost
* Ability to own complex systems end-to-end with minimal hand-holding
* Experience breaking down ambiguous problems and turning them into shipped products
* Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-ownership engineering culture
* Interest in AI-native products, agent systems, and modern AI-assisted development workflows
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams

Bonus Experience

* Experience building AI agents, AI-native workflows, or LLM-powered products
* Experience in sales technology, marketing technology, revenue platforms, data platforms, or CRM systems
* Experience operating systems used by large customer bases or high-volume enterprise workflows
* Experience with data-intensive products, enrichment systems, search, recommendations, or automation platforms
* Experience at a profitable, high-growth SaaS company
