Job Description

The Principal Scientist is responsible for upstream process development activities, including cell line development, process optimization, and robustness studies. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technology transfers and author regulatory documentation.

Requirements: Candidates must hold a BS or MS degree in a relevant scientific or engineering field with 3 to 6+ years of industrial experience. Strong expertise in cell culture, molecular biology, and recombinant protein expression is required, along with the ability to work in a team-based laboratory environment.
