**Title of Role:** Software Engineer (Full-Stack)

**Location:** San Francisco, CA

**Company Stage of Funding:** Series A

**Office Type:** Onsite (5 Days/Week)

**Salary:** $180,000 -- $220,000 Base Competitive Equity

**On-Target Earnings (OTE):** $350,000 -- $600,000 (Uncapped Performance Bonus)

What You Will Do
- ---------------

* Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications supporting AI evaluation and experimentation
* Develop distributed systems, APIs, and human-in-the-loop platforms used for frontier AI development
* Build reliable backend services and modern frontend applications using TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js
* Develop infrastructure for large-scale distributed experiments using Kubernetes, Kafka, and cloud platforms
* Collaborate closely with research, product, and design teams to rapidly prototype and launch new capabilities
* Solve challenging scalability, reliability, and performance problems across the platform
* Participate in technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews
* Take ownership of projects from ideation through deployment and ongoing iteration

Ideal Candidate Background
- -------------------------

* 1--4 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Full-Stack Engineer
* Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript with experience building production applications
* Experience developing modern web applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, or similar technologies
* Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building scalable systems
* Comfortable working across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and cloud environments
* Demonstrated ownership of projects from design through production
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills

* Experience with Python, Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch, AWS, or GCP
* Startup experience or experience shipping products in fast-paced environments
* Interest in AI infrastructure, LLMs, distributed systems, or developer platforms
* Experience building internal tools, APIs, or data platforms
* Strong product mindset with a bias toward execution
