UX Researcher

Job Description

The UX Researcher will lead qualitative and quantitative research to understand civil design workflows and translate findings into actionable product direction. They will partner with PMs and designers to run usability tests and establish a repeatable research practice and repository.

Requirements: Candidates need 3–5 years of UX research experience, preferably in B2B or technical environments, with the ability to conduct full studies independently. Strong communication skills and the ability to synthesize complex qualitative data into clear points of view are essential.
