Job Description

The role involves executing high-volume outbound sourcing to build qualified pipelines for both Go-To-Market and technical functions. Responsibilities include crafting personalized outreach, screening candidates, and partnering with hiring managers to optimize the recruitment process.

Requirements: Candidates must have 2+ years of sourcing experience covering both GTM and technical roles, with proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search. Prior experience in a high-growth startup environment is strongly preferred.
