Civil Engineer - Land Development

Job Description

The role involves preparing site development plans for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, including grading, drainage, and utility designs. The engineer will coordinate with clients and regulatory agencies to manage permitting and ensure efficient engineering solutions.

Requirements: Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and at least 2 years of experience in civil site design or land development. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and strong analytical and communication skills are required.
