Job Description

The role involves designing and prototyping robotics components and subsystems from scratch to automate semiconductor packaging fabrication. Requirements: Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or physics field and at least 3 years of industry experience in electromechanical system design. Proficiency with microcontrollers, PLCs, and a demonstrated passion for hands-on building via a portfolio is required.
