Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Design and iterate on specialized machines and subsystems for semiconductor packaging and fabrication. Integrate mechanical, electrical, and optical components while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve production processes.

Requirements: Requires 2-7 years of professional experience in mechanical and electromechanical system design and hands-on prototyping. A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or Physics is required.
