Rust Software Engineer - Distributed Systems

Job Description

Design and optimize high-performance Rust systems and data pipelines to support AI infrastructure and evaluation workflows. Develop backend services and tooling for large-scale data annotation and quality control while improving system reliability.

Requirements: Requires 3-5+ years of professional experience in production-grade Rust and a strong background in distributed services and concurrency debugging. Candidates must be fluent in English and able to commit 20-40 hours per week in a remote environment.
