Your Impact

* Lead the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems and components.
* Work closely with partners across disciplines to refine requirements and specifications.
* Apply simulations and analyses to confirm performance and mitigate risk.
* Author complete design documentation---reports, drawings, and specifications.
* Drive schedules, track deliverables, and meet key milestones.
* Diagnose issues in existing products and recommend durable fixes.
* Continuously scan the industry for advances that improve outcomes.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related area.
* At least 2 years of experience in mechanical design and development.
* Demonstrated analytical depth and structured problem-solving skills.
* Strong communicator who thrives in collaborative environments.
* Familiarity with manufacturing techniques and material selection.
* Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and set priorities.
