AI Developer/Software Engineer

Job Description

**Resolv Global** is looking for **2 Full-Time AI Developers/Software Engineers** to join our growing team in Barranquilla, Colombia.

**Position Details**

* Employment Type: Independent Contractor
* Schedule: Full-Time
* Work Model: Hybrid; 2--3 days per week in the office, with the remaining days worked remotely
* Location: Barranquilla, Colombia
* Compensation: **Competitive salary in USD, negotiable based on experience and skills**
* Payment: Weekly

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and maintain applications using **Base44**.
* Build and manage integrations, workflows, and automations.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
* Collaborate with internal teams to understand business and technical requirements.
* Optimize applications for performance, functionality, and user experience.
* Provide ongoing technical support, maintenance, and improvements.
* Identify opportunities to improve existing applications, workflows, and processes.
* Translate business needs into practical technical solutions.

**Remote Work Technical Requirements**

Because this is a hybrid position, candidates must have a reliable home setup that allows them to work effectively on remote days.

You will need:

* Windows 11 PC (Mac not supported)
* 16 GB RAM
* Dual monitors
* Webcam and headset
* i5 processor or higher
* Fibre internet with a wired connection (Ethernet cable)
* Backup power solution
* Microsoft Teams / Office 365

**Requirements**

* Proven hands-on experience developing applications using **Base44**.
* Demonstrated experience building, modifying, and maintaining Base44 applications.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Experience with APIs, integrations, workflows, and automation is highly preferred.
* Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
* Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* English proficiency is preferred.
* Must be based in **Barranquilla, Colombia,** and able to work from the office **2--3 days per week**.
