### Must have:

### - We require a bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience. - We look for 8--12 years of relevant hands-on experience. - We prefer experience with replication and CDC tools such as HVR, Fivetran, DataStream, or similar platforms to move data into BigQuery in real time or near real time. - We value experience with event-driven data capture and streaming technologies such as Apache Kafka, Google Cloud Pub/Sub, or comparable messaging systems. - We prefer strong expertise in star schema design, dimensional modeling, and modern analytics-oriented data platform patterns. - We value experience with Dataflow, Airflow, dbt, Dataform, or similar orchestration tools for high-volume pipelines. - We prefer proficiency in Python, SQL, and Terraform for automated and scalable data engineering. - We value familiarity with AI-enabled development practices, including AI-assisted coding, LLM integration, and prompt engineering for data workflows. - We prefer working knowledge of reporting and dashboard tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Sisense, including embedding analytics in multi-tenant client applications. - We prefer experience in the healthcare industry. - We value experience with Google Cloud Platform data services. - We prefer experience with multi-tenant SaaS application architectures. - We require the ability to participate in an on-call rotation. - We require willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed. - We require adherence to security policies and procedures to protect company and client information. - We require the ability to sit and work at a computer screen for extended periods.

Responsibilities:

- We lead, design, and maintain data architecture, data models, and standards for enterprise data integration and warehousing. - We research, build, and support data solutions that enable new and existing business intelligence and visualization capabilities. - We maintain data infrastructure to ensure strong performance, scalability, and reliability across workflows. - We contribute to code reviews through our subject matter expertise in solution architecture. - We train and support teammates on data security, architecture, and governance while strengthening data quality through automation. - We uphold our core values, protect PHI, and adapt to evolving BI technologies. - We perform other duties as assigned.
