### Must have:

### - We want someone with 6+ years of experience building and delivering production systems. - We need a proven owner who does not just complete tasks, but shapes problems end-to-end from definition through delivery. - We are looking for experience diagnosing and removing bottlenecks and performance issues in VoIP infrastructure. - We expect hands-on expertise with VoIP platforms such as FreeSwitch, Kamailio, OpenSIPS, or Asterisk. - We value a daily, practical workflow with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot, with a clear ability to work faster and more effectively using them. - We would prefer experience in a fast-moving startup or SaaS environment. - We hope you understand distributed systems concepts, including queues, event-driven architectures, and horizontal scaling. - We value experience with network monitoring, diagnostics, and analytics tools. - We would like WebRTC experience, including SDP negotiation, ICE/STUN/TURN, and browser or mobile softphones. - We prefer proficiency with packet capture utilities and the ability to identify issues at the packet level. - We value experience monitoring network, server, and application status.

Responsibilities:
