### Must have:

### - We require a bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or a closely related technical discipline. - We require at least five years of post-bachelors industry experience. - We require professional experience with Python and production-grade software development, including configuration management, source control, build processes, code reviews, testing practices, application containerization, and continuous integration. - We require experience with core AWS services such as S3, RDS, Athena, Redshift, or EKS, as well as database systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or SQLite. - We require experience writing SQL queries for data analysis, building data models and dashboards with tools such as Looker or Redash, and designing and delivering high-performance, large-scale distributed systems for real-world robotics applications. - We require experience in system and software design, project management, and agile delivery methods.

Responsibilities:

- We develop large-scale solutions to mine difficult driving scenarios and improve learned model performance across a range of autonomous driving tasks. - We partner with machine learning infrastructure teams to support continuous learning workflows through iterative mining, error analysis, training, and deployment. - We research and build methods for identifying uncertainty and informativeness signals to automatically discover challenging scenes and assess model performance. - We provide statistical analysis and insight into model uncertainty, generalization, and robustness. - We run deep learning experiments and prepare technical reports. - We mentor junior researchers and review research project designs and documentation. - We may work remotely from any U.S. state.
