### Must have:

### - Deep expertise in AI inferencing and machine learning systems, particularly with high-performance inference engines like TensorRT and Triton. - Over 15 years of experience in architecting fault-tolerant, low-latency distributed systems. - Proven ability to develop enterprise-grade or SaaS platforms designed specifically for AI/ML workloads. - Experience in designing high-throughput, low-latency networking stacks for critical data operations. - Strong knowledge in securing multi-tenant ML infrastructure with fine-grained access controls. - Proficiency in cloud-native orchestration and Kubernetes scheduling extensions.

Responsibilities:

- Create and execute a technology strategy that accelerates innovation within NetApp and the wider industry. - Establish the long-term roadmap aligned with key business goals and emerging customer needs. - Collaborate with Product Management and engineering teams to introduce next-generation products for NetApp. - Influence executive leadership and technical teams to build a competitive product portfolio. - Mentor senior and principal engineers, setting a high bar for technical roles. - Promote your expertise and NetApp products both internally and externally, establishing yourself as a recognized authority in relevant technologies.
