### Must have:

### - We require a bachelors degree in Systems Engineering or a related Science, Engineering, Technology, or Mathematics discipline. - We require 5+ years of relevant professional experience, or a masters degree plus 3 years of related experience. - We prefer experience working in Agile environments. - You must be able to obtain a U.S. Department of Defense Secret security clearance within a reasonable time after hire. - You must be eligible for a government security investigation and access to classified information. - U.S. citizenship is required for this role.

- We work as part of a cross-functional team to coordinate development of a subsystem upgrade for a submarine Fire Control System. - We seek candidates who can contribute to systems engineering activities such as requirements management, documentation control, testing, verification, and validation. - We value experience in systems design and development, including hardware/software integration, planning, troubleshooting, testing, and reporting. - We look for professionals who can support engineering leadership, communicate clearly, deliver presentations, and collaborate across disciplines. - We rely on team members to help drive modernization initiatives and integrate complex technical scope across groups with differing goals. - We value those who can produce white papers to inform the strategic community about emerging technologies. - We appreciate the ability to mentor engineering leaders on both technical and project management topics.
