### - We require a bachelors degree or equivalent. - We need the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret clearance, including interim pre-start and final post-start approval. - We look for 14+ years of systems engineering experience covering requirements definition, allocation, verification, architecture design, and trade studies. - We seek 3+ years of experience building stakeholder and customer relationships. - We want 3+ years of experience leading or managing projects and/or teams. - A bachelor of science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science is preferred. - Experience with Agile development is preferred. - Strong communication skills and the ability to lead through influence are preferred. - Experience with model-based systems engineering (MBSE) is preferred. - Experience with earned value management (EVM) is preferred.

Responsibilities:

- We develop and maintain product roadmaps and system lifecycle plans. - We create, document, and validate requirements. - We build project schedules and monitor performance. - We define and organize work items for the software team. - We integrate GVHMS system components to meet customer expectations. - We coordinate with the customer on a regular basis. - We prepare team plans and status updates, along with meeting agendas and presentations. - We assess process compliance and drive continuous improvement.

Our Government Vehicle Health Management Systems (GVHMS) team in Hazelwood, MO is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer - Product Owner to help advance cutting-edge vehicle health management solutions that improve mission readiness and operational efficiency across high-profile aerospace platforms. This is a 100% onsite role offering the chance to work in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment alongside software developers, test engineers, and external partners.
