[Confluent] Senior Software Engineer II - Kafka

Job Description

The role involves designing and developing the compute layer of Kora, a cloud-native event streaming platform, to ensure high availability and scalability. You will drive technical solutions end-to-end and collaborate with stakeholders to solve complex distributed systems problems.

Requirements: Candidates need a degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with at least 4 years of cloud infrastructure experience and proficiency in statically typed languages. Strong fundamentals in distributed systems design and experience operating large-scale cloud systems are required.
