Job Description

Contribute to the full lifecycle of residential and commercial site development projects from due diligence through final construction. Prepare engineering documents, develop site layouts using AutoCAD Civil 3D, and ensure compliance with jurisdictional regulations.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in site design and permitting. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Bluebeam is essential, with a PE license or active pursuit of licensure strongly preferred.
