Job Description

The role involves managing the full lifecycle of residential and commercial site development projects from due diligence to final construction. Key tasks include preparing engineering documents, developing site layouts in AutoCAD Civil 3D, and ensuring compliance with jurisdictional regulations.

Requirements: Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in site design and permitting. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Bluebeam is required, and a P.E. license or active pursuit of licensure is strongly preferred.
