Industrial Engineer

Job Description

The Industrial Engineer will test and evaluate integrated systems to manage manufacturing processes and coordinate continuous improvement and lean initiatives. Key duties include estimating manufacturing costs, creating work instructions, and optimizing inventory levels to reduce working capital.

Requirements: Candidates must have hands-on shop floor experience with complex products and the ability to design production layouts using 5S and Value Stream Analysis. Applicants from the medical industry or mass production sectors will not be considered.
