Job Description

Lead the preparation of comprehensive engineering documents and site designs for residential and commercial developments from concept through construction. Manage project teams, budgets, and schedules while ensuring regulatory compliance and coordinating with external stakeholders.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license in Tennessee. Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in site design and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
