Job Description

Lead complex land development projects from concept through construction, overseeing the design of commercial, industrial, and residential sites. Manage multidisciplinary teams, maintain client relationships, and ensure all technical deliverables meet regulatory standards.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and an active Professional Engineer (PE) license with over 10 years of experience in site design. Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and hydraulic modeling software is essential.
