Lead a team of software engineers to build a large-scale onboarding platform and native AI solutions for employee joining experiences. Responsible for defining technical roadmaps, managing team performance, and overseeing the architecture of distributed services.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with over 7 years of engineering experience and 3+ years of team management. Must have expertise in developing large-scale distributed systems using Java, C#, or C++ and service-oriented architecture.
