Lead the design and operation of global-scale testing platforms and AI-driven testing capabilities for Amazon's software builders. Partner with leadership to influence product roadmaps and mentor junior engineers to ensure high technical and operational excellence.

Requirements: Requires 5+ years of professional software development experience, including leadership in system design, architecture, and mentoring. A bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent is preferred.
